Responsibly sourcing some of the world’s rarest and most precious gems
We focus on the highest margin section of the diamond pipeline – the upstream, involving the mining, processing, sorting and sale of rough diamonds.
"Diamond is the most valuable, not only of precious stones, but of all things in this world" - Pliny, 1AD
We are building a resilient business, able to deliver on our value-led growth strategy with the aim of generating long-term sustainable returns to all our stakeholders.
Central to our approach is the identification of the right assets, where the Company can add value.
Our operations are focused on ‘hard rock’ kimberlite pipe orebodies.
Ore is passed through the processing plant to extract the diamonds from the rock.
Rough diamonds are sorted into parcels and then sold through a competitive tender process.
Our strategy is centred on 3 pillars, aimed at building a resilient business with long term growth opportunity, able to create value throughout the mining lifecycle.
Our strategy is enabled by our streamlined Operating Model and underpinned by our capital allocation framework which allows for organic and inorganic growth and regular returns to shareholders without putting the financial position of the Company at risk.
Paul’s key strengths come to the fore when our business model is put into action. It is these that set us apart, underpin our strategy and generate value for our stakeholders.
